Program Introduction

Welcome aboard.  I’m extremely happy you signed up for our program.  

The program is designed to take your speaking, coaching. consulting or other training materials and make a  working online course or coaching program.   Our assumption is these materials already work.  You currently already use with in-person audiences or coaching clients where you work one-on-one.  The goal here is to increase your reach by making your program available online.

Before we get too far, I want to warn you.  This is not a program designed to be a walk in the park.  We’ll be providing you with step-by-step instructions with specific tasks you will need to complete.  If you follow those steps (and please don’t skip any), you’ll make it to final destination.  I assure you.  It will take some effort. It’s your program and your commitment to make it happen is key here.

As I mentioned in my sales materials, this is for business owners that are open to new ideas.  We all have strong opinions about how our material works.  We know how we use it when we present it to audiences and our coaching clients.  An expert typically thinks, “I know how it works best.”   

While this program does assume your program works today, I want to encourage you to take a step “outside the box” (sorry for the cliche here) and work at becoming detached from it.  Work at seeing  your teaching,  training and coaching materials like an outsider would.  Assume it doesn’t work and what you want to accomplish here is to get it to work.  

This more objective perspective will make a big difference and validate how best to proceed.
